How we're addressing concerns surrounding Covid-19

Concerns Surrounding Covid-19 are top of mind right now. Please be assured that as Regulated Health Professionals, we already follow a strict standard of infection control to ensure the health and safety of our patients and ourselves.

Measures include washing hands thoroughly with soap and water before and after treatments. Between treatments we disinfect the massage table and headrest, stool, oil/lotion bottles as well as doorknobs, light switches, the payment processing terminal and other shared surfaces. As well, we change linens between treatments and have our laundry professionally done off-site.

Soap and paper towel is always available in the bathroom and hand sanitizer is available for use in the treatment and reception areas.

If you are feeling ill or believe you may have COVID-19 or any other communicable virus, please reschedule your appointment. There is no charge for cancellations due to illness. Similarly, if we are feeling ill, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.

If anything should change based on recommendations of Public Health, we will let you know. Otherwise, if you are feeling well, we are here and happy to treat you. You can rest assured that we are taking the necessary precautions to do so safely.
