Well hello there!

Been hibernating? Oh my goodness I am ready for Spring! I’m sure you all feel the same:)

1) Karen…

I hope you’ve enjoyed sessions with Karen while I’ve been away. She’s done a great job holding down the fort. I am happy to announce that she will be staying on with Spring Wellness. She will be available 3 days a week (Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays).

2) Coming back…

My mat leave is nearing the end. As much as I will miss hanging out with little Nyla all day I am really looking forward to seeing you all again. I have missed my first passion…work!

I will be working Tuesdays/Thursdays 2:30-8:30pm and Saturdays 9am-1:30pm. My first day back is Tuesday April 1st. The first couple of weeks will be a little sporadic with mainly only Saturdays until April 17th when I will be available 3 days/wk.

Please be sure to book ahead for your preferred time.

3) Bring me your kids…

I’ve taken some additional training for infant and child massage. I can treat your kids or teach you how to treat them. Massage can help with colic, gas, sleep issues etc… It’s also a great way to bond with your child. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

4) WWF CN Tower Climb…

Last but not least it is close to the WWF CN Tower climb time. It’s my 10th year participating in this event! I’m especially excited this year as Karen will also be climbing for the cause. If you’d like to sponsor me (click the panda) for this event I will contribute 10% of the total donations.
