Facilitators For A Healthier You
Spring Wellness is about growth and natural movement toward a better and healthier self. After a “winter” of dis-ease or dis-comfort, spring brings a transition into who we were meant to be, for becoming well (again), and for allowing positive changes in our emotional and physical lives. Spring Wellness brings fresh change to tired, uncomfortable, and weary bodies.
We offer a variety of bodywork services including Registered Massage Therapy, acupuncture, sports massage, pregnancy and infant massage, Tui Na, TMJ treatments, and craniosacral therapy.
